Latest News Hot Off The Press
Well folks, the new G's Patio People album has
been finished and mailed out.
The album is pretty much now out of production, though second edition copies can
be made if anyone still would like one. It seams to have been fairly well
recieved considering it's not everyone's musical taste, but the fact it's for
people personally compensated for the fact. The Album will still be available
now as a MP3 additon to the new and possibly last ever PrestOOpniks project,
details of which follow on the rest of this site. The last project completed was
the Flame 'N' Co album. The release of this starts today 26/9/03. This album and
it's style has been produced with it's sole dedication going to the eternally
perfect SB. A female of such awesome and magical charms. I am forever spellbound
by her. :)
New Projects
As stated previously the Flame 'N' Co album is now in the release stage and will shipped out as soon as possible to those who wish to own such a fantastic piece of PrestOOpnik history, being possibly the last album ever. For all the people who know about music, you'll know the 3rd album is the tester of longevity. This album is the 13th made the The PrestOOpniks. 13 being an unlucky number a 14th project was in order and this is the R-e-Volution project.
De idea behind dis album was to 'ave a musical album containing about 12 track some of which will be Flamenco/Spanish/Mexican in style with the odd PrestOOpniks idiosyncrasies chucked in for good measure. Also was also to 'ave de inclusion of some Canuckian dance remixes of album tracks. Ultimately it has ended up being 8 tracks and 2 remixes of the song 'Love wrapped round my heart' for reasons of shying away from tracks starting to sound too similar. So it's a short but varied album and strangely although not what I consider my taste in music, has ended up being one of my favourite albums.
Here finally
is the completed track listing for the Flame 'N' Co album. All tracks have a
Spanish title, but have English translations as free online translations are
often not very accurate. The English titles are what they should be called and
are there so everyone knows the titles even if the Spanish titles are a bit off.
It also gives the owner of such a magnificent album the ability to understand
who and why this album was done. For all those reading and will never obtain a
copy of the album, I take the opportunity using the web, a place the whole world
can see this to say a quick line here and now...'I
love SB'. She's the only girl for
me....which suddenly inspires a 15th project. the entire album of love songs for
SB, which if it happens may take a while to do, but hell she's worth it.
The Album is available in two variants, standard edition and gold edition. The standard edition comes in a standard CD jewel case, the gold edition in mirrored gold CD jewel case tray and all albums are on black CD's. The Gold edition is limited stock.... like just the one, so no prizes to who's getting that one.
Have Your Say
A new section in the updates will be 'Your Say'. A form where you can give a review on the back catalogue of PrestOOpniks albums, as well as the new album for those who have heard any of the tracks so far. Now I don't need to tell you these will be vetted and posted by myself, although I'll try to give a fair and unbiased selection of reviews. As we all know there will always be a sad poor pathetic lamer who finds it remarkably clever and witty to post messages saying 'Your mom's got a beard, you're gay, etc'. Those fantastically witty remarks that they spent all of 15 seconds making up. Constructive remarks with import, personal views and intelligent musical criticisms will be posted, whether good or bad towards the albums. Total potty, diaper and incontinence pants filling reviews will be ignored with the contempt and apathy is deserves.

Well credits go to ummmmm !! me for one I guess coz I did it..hehe. Then next and almost more importantly the person pictured in digital form here. Hmmm I can't think for the life of me who it is now, but Whoaaaaa !!! stunning or what ? The people of G's, my M8 Les for laser printing covers. Not the best quality ever but damn better than looking that an ink jet print and free, so can't grumble. I also have to give major thanks to Somerset Computers for Charity (SCfC), who without the help, support, training and software usage things such as Vb applications, animations and other additions to my musical albums could not have been possible. I would take the opportunity in asking anyone local if they have any old PC stuff (that works) to donate, as there's places like SCfC throughout the country. It's a worthy cause and helps many.
